Hi Group
Another 20 minute Europa job.
Sliced XS Monowheel outriggers in half and widened about 5/8”. 
No way, no how even with hardware width reduction were theyimage0.png going to fit. 
Glass was very thin in areas and gelcoat very thick. Had to grind out all gelcoat cracks.
Rebuilt flanges to fit wing by thinning, heating and glassing in proper shape.
Made a form tool for lead edge that worked great for filling and sanding.
