| I've had some good luck in various applications in making cuts with a long thin filet knife from the fishing tackle box for the foam cutting. A small rotary wire brush on the end of a Dremel cuts out flox corners like butter, you can give them the exact shape you want leaving a nice surface to pour the flox mix into.
