For anyone who hasn't yet gotten to page 7-3 in the manual I offer this
caution - don't forget to add 3mm to the depth of the flange when
cutting out the foam to allow for the notches that will later be cut in
the flange for the hinges. I used 20mm plus the micro radius, happily
trial fitted my hinges (forgetting about the future recess) and ended up
with a flange not deep enough to take the hinge without cutting into the
glass and re-laying plies in the hinge areas. Andy put me back on track
but the extra hours spent kicking myself and correcting it are easily
avoided.
