Half a tin is much more than you will ever need for the flange. Remember you
should mix in some flox to improve the consistency (so that it dosent run)
and this will bulk it out by up to 30%.
Also, it is perfectly OK to warm the Redux (yellow stuff) in hot water till
it is a liquid consistency to ensure it is properly dissolved. If you are
worried about it being out of date, make up a test mix (minimum quantity )
first.
Our Redux is 2 yrs out of date and still fine - our garage gets down to 10
degrees C sometimes.
