I am still very early in my build process, but I can offer a few pieces of
advice. My garage is 24'x18' and I can fit everything quite comfortably. In
fact, I even use part of the garage for storing lawn and garden equipment. The
most important factor, I think, is to free up as much floor space as possible.
This means installing lots of utility shelves on the walls. Don't bother with
the 'standard garage shelves' that stand on the ground. They take up floor
space. If you look around your local home improvement store, you will find
many creative ways to increase storage space without consuming floor space.
Move everything that is not immediately necessary off the floor. Even an empty
box here and an old peice of lumber there can easily consume large amounts of
floor space, making the shop feel crowded.

I am trying to finalise a build site for a Europa.
I have the possibility of a work space of 27 meters sq (288 sq feet) but I
fear this will not be big enough.
I have looked on the various FAQ's and they suggest that it can be done in a
single garage, again I feel this would drive you nuts.
Any advice welcome, even better if there are any builders in South London
please let me know.
Thanks and Regards.
