.... thats right , only a manufacturer can 0 time there engine.In this case 
one of the engines overhauled at the rotax factory where the 
gearbox,crankshaft, latest TCU 6.0,carb flanges, pistons and cylinderheads 
where overhauled .Infact the work report from the rotax factory classes it as 
" perfect". I believe this is as good as new. Otherwise the second had a top 
end overhaul done by the local rotax dealer .New pistons were installed and 
it has 200hrs from new.
