Hang in there Steve. altho I don't have an answer on the warp drive blade i do
know about burnout...that's where it's such a great asset to have builder's help
almost next door to you (Phoenix Composites). Don't hesitate to call on
them...they
can do as little or as much as you like at a very low cost... I never
would of finished without them

Due to a ground handling boo boo I got an ouch on one of my warp drive blades.
I roughed up the trailing edge of one of the blade tips. As a consequence about
a 1/4" x 3/8" of that corner is now gone. I dresesed it and smoothed it with
some sandpaper. The question now is : Is this significant? Do I make the other
blades look like this? Do I not worry about it till I balance the prop and take
care of it with prop hub weights?
