I finally got my wing sockets glued on. It fought me right to the end. My son
and I had the wings on and off and set about 6 times during the week. On, off,
perfect. I pull the wings put redux on the sockets. push the wings in, measure
the angles at the door sill, .5 deg out, level across the back of the seat .8
out. So now I have to re-shim the cradle. I set the incidence 2.5 perfect. Then
in the morning I found the center of the earth had moved .2 deg. Every thing
is even but off by .2 deg So I have 2.7 deg angle of incidence. Had the spars
flush with the seat back, pulled the wings, reinstalled. I then had a 1/16
gap at the spar bushing to seat back bushing on the port wing. WTH..... I think
I'm par on this one. happily it's done, not happily done. Water tube level
and 30 foot of tubing, wing tip center lines within 1/16''. Tip spar line to
tail measurement within 2 mm, front jogs to tip spar line dead even. plumb bob
---From tip string to spar line dead on. Spar pins in a
nd out by hand. @ 70% from root out on wing within .1 deg angle of attack,
60%
and 80% dead on. So some good came of it.
Ok now for the test part. I wrote some code that should imbed a link in the
outgoing
posts from forum to Matronics Europa-list. If all works correctly a link
should appear below automatically. When you click it, it should bring you to

The next step is to have the link turn on and off depending on whether or not
you
