Europa-List: Soft start module Mod number

Hi all  
       Is a standard mod number available or can I quote anyone who has fit
ted the Conair Sports soft start module as discussed a few weeks ago?  For 
when I apply to the LAA for approval to fit one. Thanks in anticipation .
