the reason they wear on the outside is when you set the legs on the build the weight of the aircraft is suspended so no weight on the legs, when the aircraft is fully built with engine/ prop/ paint / fuel it will cause the legs to toe in and create wear on the outside of the tyres, i gave mine an additional bit of toe out, ( just the thickness of a tongue depressor) and my tyres seem to be wearing evenly, Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=476658#476658 |
