FLIGHT SIM - Problems Unzipping

I was able to successfully ftp the gemin.zip file from the Avnet ftp 
site.  THe problem is that I can not pkunzip the file.  It keeps telling 
me to run pkzipfix on the file, I do and then the pkunzip on the pkfixed 
file is unsuccessful.  Is this a problem because I am using the USA 
version of pkunzip?
