I understand from discussions with various people that these objects work by passing the fuel through a small hole. How it measures the flow is beyond me and of little interest but I understand that the area of the small hole is less than the combined area of the main jets in the carbs. Is this true? and if so, should people be a bit wary of fitting one as it will reduce the fuel pressure at the important end. Peter. |
