I'm surprised that the Vulcan didn't have a little cabin for someone to sit
in and look out under the plane to give a running commentary! It seemed to
have everything else. Failing that, a TV camera. Speaking of which...
Maplin do a nifty little colour CCD camera module. Mount it looking through a
little perspex window near the front and use one of those LCD colour TV
thingies as a monitor in the cockpit. Of course, the camera would need a
little windscreen wiper and those TVs don't work in bright light and there
would undoubtedly by CAA hassles, but it would be mighty impressive to show
off to the know-nothings. It would be lighter than a decent white stick too...
