Whatever safety reservations one might have, humidity is not a particular
problem, at least not with bottled propane gas. I've been using one for 2 1/2
years ( can't have been that long can it?) and humidity levels have always been
well within limits - and in fact on damp cold misty days the heater will drop
the relative humidity to within working limits. There are disadvantages - the
main one being that I found it impractical to use it for curing overnight ( but
then I always build during the day and then drag the bits into the house at
night ) and reasonably accurate temperature control, at least with my setup,
only came with experience.
