You can also use a three-corner file to score tubing
while spinning it in a drill motor. After scoring thin
wall tubing, it will snap off very nicely leaving a
minimal burr which can be smoothed by touching the
end of the spacer to a sanding disk while the cutoff
piece is spun with the drill motor.
