Come to think of it, this also gives a painless way of activating an hourmeter. Misses out your taxying time though, but better than hanging it on the bus and logging all your engine-off electrics testing as engine hours . True hours would only come by switching it in from detected rev. counter output , though counting the pulses themselves is a better guide to engine wear. Graham C. . |
