My point was not that you won't be able to operate the ailerons, but that
you could damage the structure or, at the very least, shift slightly the
aileron quick connect bellcrank. The aperture is not intended for, and
should not be used for, lifting the fuselage.
Jacking under the wing spars with a suitable load spreader is O.K. if done
carefully.
