>>regarding the joining of the rudder to the fin<< Easiest way is to use a premoulded fin spar (which I can supply, L70 stirling ) which allows you to Cleco the whole lot together and make all the adjustments, then glue it all together. However you do it, use two good stiff straight pieces of extruded angle or similar, clamped or bonded to both trailing edges every 3" or so while it cures. You can use Buldog clips or similar with the premade spar. Graham |
