I'm another prospective builder who's spoken to and received e-mails from
Bob Berube at the FL facility, and he's been very helpful. He is, however,
quite up front about the fact that he can only get to his e-mail about once
a week. (He sounds really burried right now.) If you get him on the phone,
which isn't overly hard to do, he's very helpful.
