Get her on board the project FIRST - there are some things that are easier
to do with two sets of hands anyway - or you may find yourself suffering

(among other reasons) we would have garage room for a Europa project, and
Wilma was the one saying casually to the vendor "Oh, he's going to build an
aeroplane" when they were curious about my close attention to the garage
with the measuring tape. However, about 10 years ago her reaction to the
idea was "You're going to do WHAT???", so be aware that the "re-education"
process may be lengthy.
