I recently bought a Smartlevel Pro from CSE in Oxford via mail
order. Phone number is 01865 841234. Be warned that owning one
means you get obsessed with 0.1 of a degree accuracy which given
warped bits of foam cut with hot wires is probably over the top.
Yes I know traditional levels are that accurate but I was able
to convince myself a bubble was where I needed it to be. - Dave
