fuel flow data

We are looking at using the Rocky Mountain's MicroMonitor... the trouble is,
it won't support a second floscan sensor to deal with the return flow (as in
the Rotax 914 fuel system) 

A friend of mine thinks it's no problem to pre-condition the signal(s) but
does anyone know what format the output is from the floscan units?
