I will be using the RMI uENCODER as my altimeter/ROC and as a side benefit it can provide a gear alarm if the LG is not deployed at a user selectable speed. I have a sealed microswitch on hand so it would cost little to add this feature. Is it appropriate to add a LG alarm or does the lack of pitch change due to LG/flap deployment provide sufficient warning so that this would be a waste of effort? Regards, John A044 Newtown, CT |
