Cheers:
In my search for electrics and electrical design, I have yet to
come across some really light, smooth 3/8 or 1/2 inch piping to guide
any wiring (present or future) throught the wings/fuselage. I have 3/8
and 3/4inch automotive harness lead (you know, the ribbed and slitted
sort) which weighs 3.8g/foot and double that, respectively.
But it seems to me we should be able to source really light stuff
in the nature of soda-straw material (which weighs in at 1.36g/foot) or
similar. Considering that I wish only to conduct only signal-level, or
antenna leadin level juice, and that most is fixed in foam - the concern
of overheating seems uncalled-for, and physical support extraneous.
Any thoughts?
