The diamond-shaped piece gets cut into two triangular pieces, which then
go into the XS wing as closeouts for the trailing edge of the wing tip.

I never got the three "airfoil-like" shapes with my kit. Guess I'll be
calling Florida....

Dear Masters of Inventory,

OK, so I've filled my bins with little parts and sorted the big parts
that the little parts will hold together to make even bigger parts, but
some parts remain aloof, enigmatic...ah, hell, I can't figure out what
they are! <g>

First off is three airfoil like shapes, diminishing in size from nearly
2 feet, to 20 inches, to 17 inches, respectively. They appear to be
moulded fibreglass. Each has a flat side, the opposite side has an inch
deep lip. Their front looks like a nice leading edge, the trailing
edges are notched.

Our second contestant is an elongated diamond shape, slightly
asymmetrical, approx. 19 inches long and 2 3/4 inches high at the
peaks. It has the same moulded appearance and one inch depth as the
above items. One side note: each long end's tip has a notch or tooth,
but I can't tell if this is by design or a result of an improper
release from the mould.

Keep those cards and letters coming,

Steve "What's all this then?" Genotte
