Thanks john for your input. I think that I will work on this problem a little,

as you said the recomended cutters seem to be expensive for what they do!

If anyone is interested I have a volumetric carb. syncroniser and optical prop

taco (to calibrate Rotax RPM engine taco) to lend for postage only.

I am afraid that postage to the UK would be prohibitive but German builders 
should give me a call.
