Hi Graham
I would suggest that thousands of bubbles are created in the epoxy mixing
process (ie. two minutes of being beaten to death by a spatula in a cup).
I cannot see that applying this mixture to the cloth by brush materially
adds to the number bubbles - why should it? All of my applications have
been made by brush, except the wings where I used rubber spatulas, and my
inspector is always complimentary about my glassing! The spatulas have a
downside, in that it is _so_ easy to distort or damage the cloth, or to
squeeze too much out. IMHO only, of course!
