Hi Warren - I used rapid epoxy. it is only to hold them in place as the gaps will be filled when doing the lay-ups. It is a good idea to try to avoid getting epoxy where you will have to remove material when shaping the tips so I tried to ensure epoxy was to the rear of the plugs.
