Hi All, I understand that the tach now being recommended by the factory is a 2 1/4" Mitchell. What's special about it and why can't I find it in Aircraft Spruces catalog? I found mechanical ones and 3" ones. Is the tach part of the engine installation pack? Also, for you guys using an engine monitor that shows rpm, (ie. AFA) are you using a redundant tach? Thanks.
