I have the "Composite Construction for Homebuilt Aircraft by Jack Lambie."  
It does not have much more useful info than the tutorial in the manual, and 
too much extraneous stuff.

Check out the "Arnold Tapes"  - www.crl.com/~marnold/ -- particularly Tapes 1 
& 2.  You get very good instructional material in video format.
