best to measure fuel capacity with the plane at an increased AoA, say
fuselage around 10-12 degs, to cover yourself if you have to 'go around'
whilst sucking the dregs out of a tank - may sound pessimistic, but these
accidents do happen and there aint no fuel pump gonna help if gravity holds
fuel below the level of the outlet!
