Wing Supports??

Any suggestions on how to support the wings for painting?  Preferably with a 
way to rotate.  (Ease of jig construction would be a bonus here.)

Also, a simple way to support tailplanes for painting?   Will a plastic pipe 
simulating the torque tube do?
