Rainer - welcome to the list. A quick check for New York, Vermont,
New Hampshire, Maine, Quebec, and Ontario (think those are all the
states/provinces near Montreal - if I've missed any please ask again)
throws up the following kits on my database:

I'm not permitted to release address or phone details to folk outside
the Europa Club, but you might try asking the Europa sales office in
Florida if they could put you in contact with any of those builders.
It might save time to be able to quote the kit numbers. I know at
least one of those builders lurks on this list, so you might get a
reply direct from him anyway.
