Hi! Paul.
If you are doing Mono Wheel I can't help because I've abandoned Mono in
favour of trike ! However I have just found out from the PFA that both
main and reserve lines must be entirely dedicated ..... that is NO TAP IN'S
whatsoever .Needless to say I've just had to completely re-work my fuel
circuits ! Even the "flow back" system has to be fed into tank or back
through the water drain pipe similarly my sight gauge and auxilary tank has
to be connected back via the reserve side of the water drain . I've made a
belly plate to cover the mono hole and have therefore mounted the filters on
it with some inspection windows from underneath.
Also I have mounted my electric pump as low as possible and at 450 on the
removable bulkhead.

Hi! Paul Again.
---From what I remember the hole is behind the cable pulleys and would be very
difficult to drill if left 'till later . My belts came through Europa but I
don't know which part of the kit they were with, but they look to be a
first class piece of kit.
The holes need to be in that position, for inspection through the slots
above, and there should be an aluminium hard point in the composite sandwich
in that position, similarly there is a hard point built in on the outside
skin of the aircraft and the head rest/seat back positions
