Yes, spoke to Anna Turnbull(sales) the other day and they are having
problems.
Now almost cheaper to phone and speak to them with better results, as I
have found out. I find it much better to speak to Neville and/or Andy
personally, as you can (if prepared) cover so much in such a short time.
