To all who answered my plea:
        Actually, a heartening herd! I too put http and a couple of //
but suspect my steamdriven rock bound electric abacus let me down each
time, as before I could get much downloaded, my cueboard said "Document
done", but tweren't. I'm sure more will seep out later.
