Stabilator free play - Urgent

Could someone please dig out the history of messages regarding TP9 free play
and advise what the 'official' limit was on free play. I seem to recall 3mm
max between sides.

I am checking out an imported Europa (#144) for flight tomorrow and it has a
bit of movement and I want to ensure that it is in limits.
