I believe that Kim Prout had his stock (80hp) Mark 1 Europa to 14,400 or so
on his way to Oshkosh with Ivan when it first flew. It was in a factory
newsletter, so we should be able to check the altitude. Also, Dennies
Voories had his 914 XS with a Whirlwind CS prop to 17,500 flying from Los
Angeles to Washington.
