Looking for a vane pitot-static and Erich Trombley

I hear tell that there's a UK source of a vane-style pitot-static tube 
to replace the
double-tube factory model.  Anyone know what it is, where it is 
available, and its
merits/minuses?

Alsoo - I'd like to get in touch with Erich Trombley but I hear he's 
moved.  Are you
out there, Erich?
