Makes me wonder if the battery location in the XS Manual was determined for
the 914 Turbo with a VP prop which is a heavier combination than the 912S
With a fixed pitch prop.
I would like to have a CG which is at the front end of the limit with 400
LB of passengers and no fuel or luggage, which would mean that I could load
the fuel and 80lb. of luggage without compromise. I am sure that this is
possible, but I will have to move the battery forward.
