I met Brian Selmes - G-BWEG, in Alderney and he was sporting Warp blades (I think) on a CAP 140 hub. He said that he had had a prop strike after fitting the new hub and had simply cut off the ends of the blades without any noticeable reduction in performance. I don't know how much he cut off, and I don't know whether he watches this forum, but it sounded interesting. Frank |
