Europa Tri-gear the star of "A Plane is Born"
A new aviation series titled "A Plane is Born", makes its debut on your
screens on Sunday 3rd December at 11:40am. To be broadcast on the
Discovery Channel, the fifteen-part series produced by the same team who
brought you "A Car is Born" will feature a Europa Tri-gear as the star.
The team first reviewed the homebuilt market before choosing a Europa
Tri-gear. They then went on to build and fly it in record time!
Apart from the obvious entertainment value, the programme provides an
excellent insight into building a Europa. With support from Europa's own
Technical Support team of Andy Draper, Neville Eyre and Steve Mann,
watch presenter Mark Evans do his stuff.
The programme offers a variety of viewing schedules, with most episodes
being repeated on a number of occasions. Finally, the whole series
(fifteen 30-minute slots) will be broadcast continuously from 8:05am on
Thursday 28th December 2000 and again at 16:00 on the same day. Get
those video recorders ready and indulge yourselves.
