I used 1/16 inch balsa with only one ply BID each side for doors to the thigh compartments. ~ 4 oz/ door. Stiff. I dremeled dremelled and flowed the edges w/o adding much to the rigidity so I would forego the exacting work of closing the edges if I were to do it again. Rob Neils |
