On ZK-UBD we have a door stop foam seal with a fuzzy cloth upper surface inside the flap closeout to close off the flap gap in flight and then mylar glider seals on all of the other surfaces. The mylar seals are available from most gliding supply shops such as RD Aviation in the UK. You also need to pay particular care with the seal at the wing root. Kim Prout pointed me in the direction of a flexible door sealer to fit inside of the flange. Tony |
