Hi! Rob.
I have the Goldwing Strobe Kit that has caused so much "punters" hassle here
in the UK .
Can't vouch for your kit but it may be comparable ..... I was strongly
advised to run the negative circuit side DIRECT to the battery, I have no
such flickering problems except on a
large scale ammeter which monitors ONLY amps produced by the alternator.
