Full width Instrument panel

HI,

I am about to start a motorglider monowheel and have a question about the 
panel. Is there a company that makes a full width panel? If you choose to go 
that way, is there an option to order the kit without the instrument panel? 
Would it be easier to fabricate a mod to the existing panel to make a full 
width panel?
