Only if some of the American people change their electrical switches
(aircraft and otherwise) so that 'down' is 'on'... ;-)

The chief problem here is that although many of us can play NTSC, the
picture is no-where near as good as PAL - it has less lines, and I did hear
a rumour that NTSC stands for Never Twice the Same Colour (Color?).
