I have heard that it's best to delay fixing the aileron bellcrank to the spar
until it is possible to mount the wings on the a/c, so that exact line-up can be
obtained.   Many builders, it seems, end up removing the first try and
repositioning the spar-mounted bellcranks at that stage.
