You're right of course, but that pipe is more than two
wavelengths of the "top" of the quarterwave groundplane halfway back, so I'm
gonna take a Chance on the Boardwalk.

....think I'm a bit lazy, since I'm making brackets for landing
radar, batteries and pumps, and trying to hide a VHF/UHF ham antenna and
trailing an HF wire.
As the Somersetters say, "uz'll zee".
