| With age one grows weaker. I had a mono but went to tri-gear due to difficulty in retracting the gear. I don't fly manually retractable Mooney's either. Also, my home field is only 30 feet wide. To turn around, I had to shut down, get out and push it around. Before deciding on how to go, one might check into any insurance ramifications. JP |
